It seemed like adding a post everyday this month would be a piece of cake...haha.
We went to a late Christmas party last night. Robert made his favorite peppers as our side dish. He had jalapeños and sweet peppers, loaded with a "little smokie", bbq sauce, cream cheese. A little cheddar on top to keep the filling from drying out. Wrapped most of them in bacon. He left a couple without meat for me (he's very considerate). Baked at 350 for 35 minutes
